Here’s an update on the
current status of peer review. Dr. Nudelman retired from the Board-approved
peer review list and the Board has not replaced him but they are working on
finding a replacement. So what do you do
if you have a peer review issue?
If it is a fee schedule
issue, Martine Schweitzer at the State Board of Workers’ Compensation, can
help. Send your request in the mail to
Martin Schweitzer at the Board’s address, include with your request, the
original bill, EOB and a brief letter stating the issue/complaint. If you have contact information , such as who
you spoke with and their phone number or email address, please provide.
Please remember that
contractual issues are not under the Board’s jurisdiction.
