Steve Heinen has been administering the State Board's Claim Management Training Program since its inception in 1999. The Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation provides oversight over all of the training programs. Steve has conducted training and has been the keynote speaker at numerous company and industry functions. We have an experienced staff with over 80 years expereince in workers' compensation.

Kathy Oliver began her career as an adjuster over 30 year's ago. She later became President of a large TPA and then joined the State Board of Workers' Compensation as the Division Director of Licensure and Quality Assurance. Kathy was later promoted to Deputy Chief Operating Officer. She retired from the Board in 2010 and joined RMI as the manager of both the CWCP and Medical Provider Training Programs. Kathy strongly believes in education and is happy to be working with the insurance community to provide the stakeholders with the tools they need to do an exemplary job.
